People with SLP Mustang Exhaust

I am close to making my exhaust decision. I am leaning toward SLP. For the people who have SLP exhaust on their Mustangs, how do you like it? How is the bulid quality, fit, and power? Do the exhaust tips look cool on the car? Does anyone have a sound clip of a catted SLP X-pipe and Loudmouth cat-back? I know its a lot of questions but I don't want to waste my money.

I just have the SLP X pipe ..no complaints ..fit well ..good clearance ...I've gotten a lot of compliments on the tone... I don't have the SLP catback though ...I do have soundclips, but it would sound a lot different with my flows than with the full SLP

mustangexhuast has some clips of it. Go check out the site and listen to some. They sound good from what I have heard on the net from sound clips.

The sound at WOT is insane.

And no it does not sound like glass packs...

Sick of azz clowns saying that.

Quality was spot on, super easy install, less then a hour.

Price was the main reason, $342 shipped to my house.......

Tips are way cool, like no other........

I have the SLP X and Cat. They both have a great fit and finish. I'd recommend them to anyone. The sound is amazing.

it sounds awesome, even with the stock h-pipe, i can only imagine how good it would sound with no cats. it fits very very good and its really easy to instal in less than an hour.

My friend has it on his '03 Cobra, sounds awesome (like the Mustang from teh movie Bullitt), his car almost sounds like it has some cams in it now with just the catack, looks nice, and he said it was an easy install.

Do you noticed similarities between the SLP & Magnaflows? (I noticed you have both on your Stangs.) Are the performance gains about the same (HP)--if you know? Are the sounds similar?

Reason why I ask is because I was sold on the Magnaflows, then read up on the SLP's last night--come this morning I saw this post. LOL

Magnaflow is insane quiet and only running two cats !!

The only other system out there to buy is the Borla Stinger system with the rolled tips.

Magna packs sound better also the the regular Magnaflow (what I have)

You just have to find a buddy with the system you want to hear......

I wanted some thing with BALLS and SLP provides that.

I get thumbs up all the time on the freeway ! (no bs)
