People with t-tops,, need little help..( t-top coupe) 56k warning

Finally got more time to work on on the 84 coupe project, but ran into a problem..

When I bought the car all the trim was taken off and I am not sure about putting back on. I am talking about the trim where the t-top seals and stuff go... I kinda figured out where they go, except on piece. The part I can't figure out where it goes, is a flat piece that has holes in it. I have tested in a few places, and the only place I can see that it may work is under the rear trim.( the trim that rivets to the roof that the felt strip attatches to)

Also, not sure if I need to wait to install seals before putting all these back on..


If any of you have messed with removing and installing t-top trim & seals, please point me in the right direction.. THX

Found where it went... It goes on th inside of the roof and sandwiches the sheet metal with part of the trim on top...


Now just need to figure out the seal channels..... Can they go on now, or wait til seals go on..
