photoshop software?

any recommendations for some type of photoshop software?

im looking for cheap, even free. just something to mess around with.

GIMP is totally free.
Paint DOT Net is another free one.

go to adobe's website and you can get a free trial for the new photoshop. its nice!

I use a combination of WINDOWS Paint and Irfan View which is freeware.
