pi cams just bolt in w/ no other mods?

I do think it was worth it to do and it was my first time inside an engine. It was time consuming, but not that difficult, IMO. Since I did my install, someone posted this cool tool so that you don't have to remove all of the front cover accessories. My guess is that it would save approx. 3-4 hours on the install. Might be worth considering.

Yes, I transferred the stock cam sprockets over to the new '02 cams that I got. It does need smaller cam bolts to hold them on, and you can get them either from Ford or from a good hardware store (which is what I did). Ordering them at the time you get the cams would be easier and more convenient. The tools looks like it keeps everything in place. The cam sprockets are keyed so as long as the chains and sprocket don't move, everything will stay timed.
Home projects and family duties have kept me from getting off the ground with the PI intake swap. I'm trying for this weekend or next.
