PI heads and cams and MIL eliminators

i have 2 questions first i was wondering how many MIL eliminators you need when you get a X-pipe. Second i was wondering what modifications need to be done to allow for a heads and cams swap from a 99-04 mustang GT to a 96 mustang GT. I know that you need to get the intake manifold but i was wondering if there is anything else.

You have to modify the 99+ intake so that you can use both temp sensors and you need the Alt Bracket, O-Ring for the water pump and coolant tube for the PI motor. Also if you get a SCT tune, you can have them shut off the 02 sensors in the exhaust. That would be a better solution then using MIL eliminators, IMO.
