Picked up my twin turbo kit today..

My 9K budget just went through the roof in the quest to build my track car.. lol..

I picked this up this evening..

67mm compressor wheel with a T350 turbine in a .82 A/R T31 (T3 based) exhaust housing. Each of these will make roughly 650-700whp, so, that should put the rough potential of this kit in the 13-1400rwhp range. My trans is good up to 1200hp, so, that will be the limiting factor for now. I'm thinking somewhere in the neighborhood of 900-1000rwhp with the right heads/cams.

that's awesome! i'm looking to ultimately transform my 97 cobra into a track car as well, though i'm just getting started. viper spec t-56 on the way and i'll be forging my internals by around christmas. after that, i'll be purchasing the twin turbo kit. i've been looking at the h&p performance stage III kit? this looks awfully similar. what kit is this, if you don't mind my asking?

This is actually a continuation of a long term project that I'm working on.. I'll be detailing the powertrain build up, as well as the install/tuning of the car. I suppose it could be moved to the Talk section..

This kit, with the bigger 67mm turbo's and larger piping was just shy of 8K from HP. I think you can get a twin 50mm kit, minus the suspension parts for around 5500.00
