since ive owned the car, the right taillight has always been foggy, i think they replaced the left one sometime before i bought the car. Any ideas on what i may do to clean that up, amke it shiney?

There are a lot of us that have done the following:
WET sand with 1000 grit or so. Then use polishing compound..and buff the h3ll out of it. that will "redden" them up really nice.
