PICS OF MSD IGNITION AND HELP ?.

I have 3 pics here showing the current removed state of my MSD ignition system.

What does a "start/retard control" box do and how does it compliment the 6AL box? What does the 7 degrees mean?

This stuff used to be in the engine compartment where the battery once was. While I have all this stuff out I want to clean up the engine compartment and wiring. This new space where the MSD boxes used to be will make a nice large space for a nice large turbo next year.


I have seen pictures of other stangs mounting MSD components in glove boxes, behind seats, and even just right of the tranny hump in the passenger seating area. Has anyone relocated anything like this and if so do you have pictures?
