Go to advanced mode. Scroll down to manage attachments under Additional Options. Click on it. A file upload will pop up with a browse button. Find your pic on you computer in your browser that you want to upload. click on it, then upload. Now look and see if it is listed under attachments. If so, submit reply and see if it worked.
