Can some one take a picture of there alternator bracket on the car. Im in the process of putting my motor together and i cant remember exactly how it goes on. If you can get a real good shot of it that would be great. Thanks

Which motor do you have 2.3, 2.8, or a V8?

Mine is all customized so a pic woulndt help...BUT Maybe a description...
There is a bracket that bolts to the waterpump, there is also a small about 1 inch spacer that goes behind it. There is also a piece that bolts to the head and is threaded to recieve the Main Alternator bolt. All that is on the top main mounting. Down below there is a long bolt that goes through to the block. If you have a smog pump it hangs off of this bolt. If not you should have a long spacer that goes in it's place. The tightening arm also hinges off of this bolt, and goes up to the tab on the Alt.
So there you have it... hope it's of some use.
