electrical plug identification

After searching and searching and searching I cant find what these plugs are for. I have managed to figure out everything else but these. Smog pump deleted, AC deleted, not running EGR. The one im really struggling with is where the wire from the alternator out of the plug that runs to the ignition goes. I have all of the schematics downloaded and I can find it on the schematic but not on the car. This is on a 1995 GT

First and last photo look like O2 sensor plugs.

Second photo looks like part of the alternator harness, should plug into the back of the alternator.

Pretty sure the single wire connector in the 7th picture is the ECU ground.
