trying to put my pic on ,but the size is 900 kb. how do i reduce the size so i can get it to around 32 kb?

For the avatar? You need to use a program like paintshop pro or photoshop. There are a ton of them you can download online for free that will let you do this.
Or send it to me and i'll resize it for you.
