Hello All,

Below are pictures of Donny Meyers Pony Style Interior. He tackled the interior install himself and walked away with the 'People Choice Award' for Best Interior at the NMRA Bowling Green Kentucky car show. A great testament to a first time interior installer and the showmanship of TMI's custom interiors!

Has anyone else got pictures of their TMI interior out there? Stock or off the wall custom, lets see'em! (Madmike & Mike Raburn I'm lookin' to you guys first!)

Here's hoping you get a bunch. I know I'd like to see pics of a lot of the color combos that are available for the Fox.

Are those the standard LX seats? They actually look pretty good. Might have to reconsider buying a set of sport seats and just have my LX low backs recovered?

Noobz - thanks, check out the albums in my public profile for a few more pictures of the seats (both custom and stock) we offer here at TMI!

GB - it's totally your call. One of the many things i hope to accomplish here on SN is to show the numerous options available for Fox Interiors. For instance. with your lowback LX buckets, you can:
1) opt to install 92-93 GT Sport foam over your LX Frames
2) from there you can either go for the stock GT upholstery (a quick painless upgrade) or you can opt to go all out custom and install the pony style seat above or the Mach 1 option pictured here for the LX: http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-for...ch-1-style-upholstery-your-fox-body-seats.jpg
and here for the GT:
http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-for...gs/7616-mach-1-fox-seat-mach-1-door-panel.jpg
Any of the three sets mentioned above can be ordered in any custom colors

Options are almost limitless for Fox interiors!

Is a leather seat cover with cloth seat and back inserts possible?

I love the look of the leather seats but despise sticking to them on hot days.

I like it, but personally you just can't go without head rests in a Fox...it's not a '65.

Absolutely, you could do leather bolsters and head rest. Vinyl back (to save cash) and a cloth (velour or tweed) inserts.

Like i said, pretty much anything is possible. And i can work with anyone on here to get you the correct part number to take to whichever dealer you decide to purchase through, this will greatly cut down on the 'hassle' w/ custom orders. you'd simply have to tell them:

"Waylon , the sales manager at TMI already worked with me and this XX-XXXX is the part number of what i'll need."

And they should be ready to roll from there.
(granted prices on severe custom work would have to be figured out with the dealer and us here at TMI)

Oh yeah i wasn't knocking it...that's just my taste. Is that black we're looking at in the pic? If it's not, how did he dye all the plastic to match whatever color it is?

Does TMI offer any other materials for inserts on the seat covers. I would be all about those covers with a set of micro suede inserts to go along with a set of halo's for my LX.

I'm confused. Are you saying that the seat frames themselves between the LX and Sport seats are the same and only the foam is different?

Obviously you won't have the adjustable front and side bolster option using the LX seat frames, correct?

92-93 GT Buckets didn't have the move-able leg lumbar, and yes the frames are the same from the early model standard to the later model Sport GT's. LX to Sport simply by purchasing new foams and new upholstery

I'm actually right in the middle of designing a diagram/visual that will layout exactly which seats are interchangeable and which seats can be upgraded to a GT/Pony/Mach 1. I know it all sounds confusing, but hopefully this diagram will help clear things up. Might be a while before i have it done. But i'll make sure to post it up when it's finished.

Coast to Coast - we have hundreds of materials here, velour, tweed, vinyl, leather, carbon fiber, brushed aluminum, etc. Unfortunately, no suede microfiber though. Custom colors are available but i must add they are (of course) non-returnable!

I am digging that SVO mach 1 setup, I have plenty of LX seats that I have piled up over the years. Typically thru a place such as 50resto, how much does the foam and covers cost?

Thanks, we do not sell direct to retail, but you can get both the foam and upholstery though LRS that you mentioned!

Charles Henley down in Georgia just sent me these pics of his TMI interior. Charles did the interior on his own, also his first attempt at an interior install and I gotta say the seat turned out cherry!

We just wrapped up the Built to Cruise interior today. You can see the style seat combo we went with, the Mach1 FOX GT seats with a silver stripe. We also got their new Coupe headliner and their door panels. We did the custom speaker grill and suede panel in house.
