Has anyone mounted their nitrous bottle in any other places besides the trunk? I wanna keep my rear seats so I don't wanna get a delete kit and place it on that..

Pics appreciated.

mount it on the roof, get some tappets and go at it. would be a very custom look.

lol, no other place really other than the trunk bro, unless you get that sneaky pete system and hide it somewhere.

most tracks require it behind a firewall... they let the trunks slide ....but if you want to keep your seats where could you possibly fit your bottle??? have your g/f hold it in her lap??

Out of curiousity, why do you want to keep your back seat? The back seats in 'verts are a joke, and getting rid of them saves a little weight as well as makes it look better, at least imo. Not to mention you can custom fabricate a rear seat delete for cheap!

I have my bottle "mounted" in the trunk for the track as tech sees our backseat as a firewall and we dont need a blowdown tube.

On the street though...I like to wrap it in a towel/coat/jacket, wedge it between the pass. seat with it resting on the back floor. I lay it so the valve is easy to reach and on an angle resting on the hump. I also keep another coat/jacket/towel on top of it and with the tint you cannot see anything.

I am messing around with a window motor/elec. shift t-case motor to see if I can make a remote bottle opener though...a switch is still easier than doing it by hand.

When I had one of my kits, I had the bottle laying behind the drivers seat under a black jacket. It wasn't mounted. I ran the line under the carpet.
