If you don't mind me asking why do you want a tune. without a head/cam/ or intake manifold swap you shouldn't need one. Your gains will be minimal with what you have done and you could use that money on a good intake that will give you much more power.... just some input before you spend $500+ on a tune. If you willing to go as far as Chicago, then you should look at Anderson Ford Motorsports (south of Champaign, IL). But make sure you call ahead and get Danny to schedule your time - because he's not so good at keeping a schedule but he is a good dyno tuner.
