Planning Closet reunion - Early Fall, near Cape Cod

I'm still living out here by Seattle in Washington State (has it really been 18 months already?) but I am hoping to drive back home early next month. I plan on shipping the Mustang home ahead of time to my sister's in NY.
You could ship her to me......(your Mustang, NOT your sister, unless of course she's HOT! ;) )

Wish I could, but I can't.
If you really, really, REALLY wanted to, you'd find a way!;)

Just be VERY Early........

OK, the 7th it is.

PAk has unoficially confirmed, he promised to post here.

'Chelle - C'mon!!!!!!! A weekend trip! This is your only chance to meet some real celebrities!

Worth - Can you host? Or suggest a place?

BBFCM - Check the Ferry Schedules.

RealMongo - Leave sooner!

Anybody else?

Hey nice that you finally did your own dirty work Dan and contacted me. Since you hadn't returned my calls I was starting to think you were ignoring me. Faberware or not I was the only one there last time and I will surely be there this time too. You sure you gonna be able to make the trip though? There are alot more than 10 turns to navigate from there to here, lots of pretty colors and distractions to. Maybe someone more mature like Deanna should drive? :stick:

Note to self: For every faberware joke made Dan gets zinged with 3 in front of the whole FFR staff!

Gad, one phone call & I'm crucified! I can reply with such retorts as:

"At least I wrecked on a racetrack"
"Mine is damaged less than yours"
and so forth, but we'll leave that up to the others.

This makes five so far. MY guess is to meet at Factory Five around 10:30 in the Morning. I'll get my parts, we'll all check the stuff out, then out to Worth's for Lunch & Fun.

Ex-c-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-se me! But you were decidedly ABSENT for the FIRST trip!

I know, 'cause I WAS there!

I think you're right tho', we'll let Deanna drive from the ferry! Otherwise if we don't it'll be........turn 1.....turn 2.....turn 3.....turn 4.....turn 5.....turn 6.....turn 7.....turn 8.....turn **CRASH!** 9.....turn 1.....turn 2.....turn 3.....turn 4.....turn 5.....turn 6.....turn 7.....turn 8.....turn **CRASH!** 9.....turn 1.....turn 2.....turn 3.....turn 4.....turn 5.....turn 6.....turn 7.....turn 8.....turn **CRASH!** 9..... etc., etc.....All the way to FFR!:nonono:

You're right Fritz, a shattered knee cap should have been no excuse to miss that first one, :nonono: So it was in 5 pieces, big deal, I could have toughed it out and found a way to work the gas and brake pedals with my left foot if I was truly dedicated.

Oh and Dan even though it was on the track and it is less wrecked than mine let's not forget that A) I'm not the one who wrecked my own car though and B) that I'm also smart enough to be properly insured so my rebuild not only isn't costing me a dime but I'm getting extra out of it to boot.:Zip2:

A "Zesty" Response! Me thinks the verbal brick-bats will be flying on the 7th!

Talked with WORTH, we can lunch at his place after FFR.

Just think how much fun He & Pak would have!!!!!!
To heck with them, think how much fun WE would have watching Pak slice and dice Hops with his rapier sharp wit!

btw - WORTH,
Love the parts you gave me, they all bolt on beautifully and look great. However, I discovered today that the spindles are actually off of a '67. I discovered this when I went to install my rotors. The '64 - '66 spindles are essentially the same as the '67 - '68s with one teeny weeny minor little exception. The earlier spindles use a 5/8" spindle nut, whereas the latter use a 3/4" and no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't get the 5/8" hardware to fit!

Did you use the correct orange left-handed metric adjustable wrench with the no-slip grip?
