So I was investigating as to why I could not manually unlock my driver door on my 95 mustang and found that the plastic piece that goes on the lock cylinder to move the connecting rod up and down broke off. I have tried with no luck to just find the plastic, has everyone found just the plastic piece for sale.

You will have to replace the arm on the back of the lock cylinder. You cant just buy the plastic clip. I work in a body shop and im almost positive you cant even buy the arm without buying the lock cylinder assy. Go the the junk yard and snatch a lock from a car out there and use the arm from it.
