Hello Im having lots of trouble with my wiring on my 1990 Mustang and I am hoping someone on here can shed some light. The original ECM is fried and I have been working on this car for two weeks trying to figure out what the problem is with the wiring harness I happen to have a 1988 speed density car with everything that is still good I know that mass air flow is definitely better but I'm tired of this and I really just want to get the car running it's just a driver can I switch my 90 to an 88 speed density setup without a lot of problems someone please help if you can

converting to SD is going to be a hassle, and you still won't KNOW that it will fix the current issue with the MAF car...
Stick it out and fix the current setup... my advice anyway...

What is the problem with the 90 MAF setup? symptoms? codes?

If you can dump codes, 90% of the computer is OK. Your other post has a fuel pump troubleshooter test path that will get you running. https://www.stangnet.com/mustang-forums/threads/please-help.901818/#post-9094784
