Ford Motorsport E303 will work perfect for that setup.

I will be adding some AFR Heads in the next year so I want to keep that in mind also. Does that change your answer. Nobldy responds to Cam questions, weird. Thanks.

It takes time. Remove radiator, fan, water pump, timing chain and housing, dizzy, and cam. This is a good time to replace your pump, chain as well. Don't put the stock stuff back on, not smart. The E cam does wonders as well as the F cam. If you want to go crazy, you can go with a custom cam.
