Please help with a couple of questions

i have a 95 mustang gt with 122000 miles on it. I just bought some short tube headers and ordered a x pipe to go with it. the car is all stock except cold air. Will the shortys be hard to install? how much gain if any will i get from the shortys and the x pipe? and what other good upgrades should i look into?

It will be a bit louder, probably will gain a a few HP. Best mod for seat of the pants feel is 3.73 gears in the rear. Then you have to start looking at new heads/cam/intake to make real power gains. Or bolt a supercharger/turbo on it.
