Resolved Please name this part, where does it go?

Took the dash out of the car. This was laying on the drivers side floor pan. Have no idea where it goes or what it is. Any help would be appreciated.

Others will know for sure but doesn’t look like a part from our cars that I have seen but looks like a Land Rover heater control bulb to me.
Take a look at pics of said bulb. Maybe our cars have the same bulb somewhere or maybe someone tried something aftermarket In the past? Others will shed more light.
