Others will know for sure but doesn’t look like a part from our cars that I have seen but looks like a Land Rover heater control bulb to me.
Take a look at pics of said bulb. Maybe our cars have the same bulb somewhere or maybe someone tried something aftermarket In the past? Others will shed more light.
