I used a piano hinge for the under seat access and triangle hinges for the rear [seat back] portion (so I can fold the RSD down too).

I cant go to Lowes without being able to atleast fold the RSD down.

I obviously dont have subs in the RSD.

I was pondering the idea of making kits and selling them cheaper then most people do on ebay seen some on there for like 65 bucks. Was thinking that after all the stuff was bought to build them it wouldn't be worth it.

What do you guys think would it be worth it to try? I need some extra cash flow

I was also gonna try to get into the custom stuff like Paul and Shane posted

Forced thats just crazy

Forced, how'd you pull that off without the speakers being boxed in? Did they sound crappy?

Green, I love the way that look but since mine is a vert, I can't do it cause it needs a speaker box behind it.

I have one. I'll take a pic of it later but it has the speaker box on top of the lower half. It's not upholstered yet, so I'm not too crazy about posting a pic of it quite yet.

I raised the bottom up and then formed the ply wood to the contour of the floor, so all 3 speakers have there own seperate box. They sounded real good, but It seemed like I was always ending up with a 3rd passenger.... so I took it all out and just a plain box in the trunk right now.. Still thinking of a new idea..

Any intentions of selling it?

Sorry, but it was built into the car, so it went in in pieces and came out in pieces, But I can give you a list and how I made it if you like...

Let me try the one I already made and if I'm not pleased with it, then, you're the guy I need to talk to.
