I just got finished putting my motor back together a couple months ago. Thursday I did a few things under the hood and noticed that my polished aluminum valve covers have alot of white powder looking spots on them. I just spent an a#$ load of time trying to get the cleaned and looking half-way decent. What the hell is this stuff and how do I keep it from gettin worse?
