Political Donation and Ensuing Madness

So I donate fifty bucks every pay period to my favorite redhead.

This opened me up to every politician in the country wanting money from me. I’m not a rich man, so I just donate to one cause per election cycle.

Lately the calls for donations have been getting a little saucy, if not down right mean. This one made me reply.

I mean, sure I’m probably sending this to a computer, but I felt better sending it, lol. It was a little long winded.

Any of y’all get these type of texts sent to you?

Thank goodness we do not. Although my 13 year old keeps getting car warranty calls.
Speaking of political madness - near here, a farm family’s combine, tractor, and two semis were set on fire. It was apparently for two Trump signs in the combine. They are two miles off a rural highway, so it probably not a spur of the moment act

Regardless of your political views [I know mine dont align with most of you guys] mutual respect of another persons views and personal safety are in my eyes paramount to anything that is just hateful destruction of a working families property. I hate how you have to fit in a box in this society, I am proud to be a gun loving democrat who hates hillary clinton but cant vote republican because they continually pass laws that attack the working class. The last bit is my biggest gripe right to work laws gutted workers rights by allowing parasites to join unions and enjoy the benefits without paying for them. Non-union workers dont even realize they are getting the bone in most cases, [keep in mind unions are not needed if a company pays a fair wage and benefit package].

It would require me to give an entire class on labor rights that nobody seems to give a about until its too late to properly get my point across but I digress...

and antifa is not people they are in my eyes a terrorist group just like the proud boys I think both sides **** up by not denouncing these groups immediately.

I do not care if you are bike Ridin’ with Biden, flag parade Trucking with Trump, or Lighting up with a Libertarian or Green Party candidate. The Not peaceful protests and automatic hate have to stop. Or we can legalize duels again. Civility needs to be brought back one way or the other, except to unsolicited telemarketers over the phone and spammers.

It would never occur to me to send money to any campaign using a phone app, nor would it ever occur to me to give my cell number to a campaign.

It appears that what you have there is a "poll". Your number is used because you have responded before.

Whenever some hack, 'journalist' wants to make up some BS poll sheet to support their narrative, they run another poll. Generally, they contact those numbers that are the most likely to provide them with the results they're looking for.
