POLL: New paint scheme, everyone vote!

I'm kinda undecided right now if I want white stripes, silver, or just go back to plain red and be done with it. I'm leaning to the white stripes, with black outlines. No matter what color stripes, I will have the little side stripes (like in the white picture) on my car. VOTE! Heres pictures of the 3 choices... There are no other choices... allready had some discused in my other thread, and I'm set on these 3 so vote for the one you like the best out of the selection.

SILVER

NONE, just RED

out of the three i'd pick the white stripes, but i like the red with black stripes the most.

IMO, the white on red looks the best.

You defintaly! want the thin black border to break the harsh edge where the white would meet the red..

maybe it's because, personally, i don't think i've seen that scheme you guys are suggesting... i guess i've never seen red with silver stripes either... at least i think

The silver, has to be a dark silver though, near gunmetal. The white is way too over the top and looks goofy IMO. And with the dark silver stripes throw on some smoked headlights.

The red w/the white strips are going to give you unwanted attention aka cops are really going to notice you. I am currently trying to get into the Miami-Dade police force (very long process) and if and when I become a cop any car I saw with that paint scheme would have my attention because it throws itself out in a crowd. Now if you don't speed in heavy traffic or just do anything stupid then you have nothing to worry about.

SILVER with black lines, put the pony back in and smoked headlights. that be sexy.

I actually like the white with black outlines... however it clashes with the sidestripe not having it.

So I'm going to vote for the silver. The black outline is a much more subtle transition and the side stripe won't stand out quite as much not having the black outline.

As a side note.... I hate those side stripes.

if it was mine i would mix some pearl in with the clear and have some ghost stripes. i have seen a red car done that way ,and it looked cool now you see um now you don't kind of thing .

agreed with the above........there is a black 96 here in town......cowl hood etc.......it has gold ghost stripes........looks really really killer......

I didnt like the white, but when I see it with the black outlines, I voted for it

BTW...I saw a 96-98 laser red gt today with the white stripe like yours, and it looked like A$$.....just doesnt go with laser red.

If I was to do the side stripes I would also put a black boarder around them, maybe just like a 1/4" black boarder on all the parts, just something to break it up like mike said. I was even thinking about having MUSTANG on going the full length of the side stripe, so the thick middle one would be replaced with mustang, and have the thin ones above and below it.

wytstang, what would make it different that having black stripes if I went with white for the cops? Sure the black is darker, but it still makes my car stick out like a sore thumb going down the road.

Do a search for Nobody on here. Thats his user name. He has a white cobra with dark blue stripes and it looks amazing. His car is what made me want stripes for mine. They look good, but you just have to find the right color combination to go with the car.
