wytstang, what would make it different that having black stripes if I went with white for the cops? Sure the black is darker, but it still makes my car stick out like a sore thumb going down the road.

The way it really throws it self out there. The black is just more sutle and like I said if you don't drive like a maniac then you "shouldn't" have anything to worry about. The red w/ white stripes at night will draw attention cause it can be clearly seen more than other colors. I tell you this because I have been singled out by cops at night because they see my very clearly and the car is some what loud doesn't help me either.

The silver, has to be a dark silver though, near gunmetal. The white is way too over the top and looks goofy IMO. And with the dark silver stripes throw on some smoked headlights.

Yea...you are right. But it will look stealth. I guess its more common to see red with white stripes and the usual clear headlights and thats what i dont like.....go different...smoked headlights....dark grey or maybe a ghost grey stripe job and call it a day.

But its your car man...do what you and your wallet think is best

i don't know about the grey being close to black. there is a heck of a difference when its on the car. just look at the darkmoon style here on stangnet. its on a black background with two different shades of silver for the posts. there is a crazy noticable difference. the grey may be only a small color change from what you have now, but its gonna make a hell of a difference. it will lighten it up a lot more.

Thats what i was thinking...i still think grey with smoked headlights will make ONE unique car and color combination that you wont see on the streets.....

Silver, I use to own a red car and always wanted something similar. Plain white is too cheap, IMO. Silver gives it more of a classy and well defined look. If your going to do white at least get it painted with a pearl that has somewhat of a slight red flip in it. That would look sweet.
