Whenever i start giving it gas from a dead stop or wen i slow down i hear a loud popping noise. sometimes it sounds like it is coming from metal. anyone got any ideas?!?!?!? please help me

Could be many things...
Put a jackstand under the body.
Grab the tire that is in the air with both hands and forcefully but carefully see if there is any play in your front wheels in any direction; in/out, left/right, up/down.
Also while it is up visually inspect the suspension components including steering rack bushings and tie rod boots.
Another thing to do while it is up is spray silicone spray all over any exposed bushings you can see such as sway bar end links, a-arm, etc.

well i dont thinkn it wouyld be anything from upfront because it just had the ball joints replaced and every bushing was sprayed then it had an alignment
