I'm starting a new thread, for my possible MAF problem. I posted some issues I was having, in this thread
http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-forums/threads/tps-voltage-question.889002/#post-8948017
I was Testing my MAF, per the previous Thread. Disconnected the MAF Connection, and found this,
The ground (B) has one hell of a kink in it. (D) also has a sharp bend, at the bottom of the picture.
Did a continuity test, and passed, but....?
The Red (A) has corrosion.
I do have 12.4V between A & B of the connector.
I also checked the resistance of A & B, It was at 6.11K Ohms. It shouldn't be under 10K Ohms, per the previous post?
The resistance between C & D was 109.2K Ohms
Now for a unrelated TPS issue. I checked the resistance between the B/W wire on the TPS and the Battery ground. ( since the battery is in the trunk, I ran an extension cord from the, - battery to the engine bay, for testing).
I got 1.5 Ohms. I should be below 1 Ohm, per previous post. I got 1.5 Ohms.
Any thoughts?
