I posted recently a want to buy listening for an airbag module for a 93 car. I received a direct message from a member on here about another member that supposedly had one of these for sale “Cobra Jet NJ” and was given this individual‘s email address. I have a running email conversation with this guy and he says he has a module and is requesting Venmo payment. He sent some pictures of the module. Then about a week later I received a second private message from a different member “Leviowen” who has one for sale and the pictures he sent of his modules were the exact same pictures that the other guy sent me.
Is this a known scammer tactic?
