Hi all ....

I was wondering if anyone has thier 03-04 cobra up around 500rwhp w/o a super.....and with out nito hit. Is it possible? I heard some guy talking about it...and I was kinda scratching my head....

Tune +24
Exhaust +24
CAI +12
Throtle body +5 ???

x factor (pully swap)
-------------------------
+65 or like close to 450rwhp total right? Where is the extra 50rwhp comming from a smaller pully?

What else am I missing? and are those pretty realistic?

Port the factory charger, add injectors and two focus pumps and your good for over 500 at the wheels. Seen it in person.

Yup... Just send your stock TB/Inlet/Supercharger to Stiegemier for a port job which reportedly is worth an average 50RWHP on the pullied cars.

What UM said. I recently had my supercharger ported by Steig (TB and inlet still stock) and gained 40rwhp at the peak. My lower rpm hp/tq went down a bit due to the increased effeciency of the blower. I peaked at 480rwhp SAE but I'm also in California with crappy 91 octane so my tune is very conservative. Any place with 93 octane and a good tune, 500rwhp is definitely possible. The only change between the before and after was the Stieg port and here are the results:

I'm now running the 2.8 pulley to make up for some of that low end loss. Top end was the same between the 2.8 and 2.93. Here is a dyno (different dyno shop with normally lower numbers) between the ported 2.8 and stock 2.93:
