I found a 67 coupe rolling chassis which is in MUCH better condition than the project. It is a v8 car too so the conversion is much easier. We are picking it up this weekend if it is as the fella described and it should be much simpler. For instance, it doesn't need frame rails, engine compartment, shock towers, firewall patches, rocker panels, etc. That will save me much work eh? He did mention it was side swiped in the middle of the door and the door rail was bent a bit but the rockers are still very straight, it is just bent where the door mounts, but he said that could easily be straightened, is this true? What do I look for on Saturday when I pick it up, are most bent frames easy to see? I just don't want to have two really far gone cars. Mind you, it has all of the brake components and v8 suspension so the $500 is worth it anyway. Thanks.

If the B-pillar is pushed in I would not try to pull it out, I would take the one out of the other car you have (the rustosaurus) and just replace the one in the new shell. It is rather easy to do especially if you do not need to change the quarter panel. I have some pics that might help you so let me know if you want to see them.

Yeah, I would love to see them so if you could either post them or email them to me that would be great. Thanks.
