I get a really loud squealing at startup. I replaced the belt during the swap also. I cant really tell where the squealing is coming from, it stops after a couple of seconds. Also my car struggles to start now after driving. I also added another ground wire so i'm trying to eliminate that as a solution. It acts like it doesn't want to start like the battery is very low, but when it eventually starts everything is fine and the meter reads about 14 volts. Any suggestions?

Make sure the alt pulley (and all others) are straight with one-another.
Charge your battery to help minimize the load on the alt at start-up.
Make sure the belt doesnt have any fluid on it.
Be sure all pulleys spin freely.
