Buy a notch...and put an 03/04 cobra lower bumper on it....almost the same thing.

going through some old photo albums. I found a pc of my first 67 mustang I bought when I was 16 and redid the entire car... This was parked in my girlfriend's driveway
this was the 289 that I rebuilt with the old 3/4 cam. straight exhaust, etc.. That I proceeed to throw a rod at Englishtown when I missed a 2-3 shift.. lol Using the same FL1A filter for 40 years ...ha

That's just awesome. I only wish I had pictures of my first car(s). I'm sure it brought back some memories. Very cool

It was pure luck, finding this car. Around here, coupes are getting kinda scarce. People snatch them up quickly, so I feel fortunate to have found this one. I'm in no hurry to fix the car, but I feel relieved to have what's needed to do the job.

Out of one garage, and into the other. (Of course, I took it down the road imbetween, and made sure it still did donuts first,)



Back on jackstands... It doesn't even have a turbo!! (The passat does though.. And it is definitely broken...)




New fuel pump, filter, and tank straps. (And filler neck grommet, just ordered tonight.)




I've really been getting the bug lately to sell this one this spring, and get a 2011 - 2014 GT. Someone talk me out of it?
