Thats a shame to see a car like that. I can't believe it was going to the crusher. I'm really glad you saved it. I look forward to seeing its progress back into shape.

I bought her off the second owner. He had bought it in the early 70's out of a junkyard. The original engine and trans had already been stripped.It had been hit in the driver side quarter panel. So he fixed it and then painted it blue. ??? And also put in a 351W and Borgwarner. In 2002 he was driving it in February in hit black ice. Which led the Boss into a telephone pole. It was parked ever since. I found the car and was told it wasn't for sale. But later I got to talk to the real owner. LOL The city had tagged the car. It was going to the crusher, but luckily I got her first. Originally Bright Yellow with white deluxe interior, chin and rear spoilers, louvers, fold down seats and trap door to trunk. Hoping to have it back on the road Summer 2011!
