The car on the left is an original '69 convertible GT 351 4v. It came stock with indian fire red paint and blacked out hood along with some unusual options for a convertible: tachometer, traction-loc rear, and power disc brakes. I found the car in a field where it sat for about 20 years. I'm currently performing a complete restoration.

The car on the right is a '69 convert 351 with a deluxe interior. I finished the restoration about 5 years ago (with plenty of help from stangnet forums). Behind it (covered up and with boxes piled on top) is my '66 fastback 289 4-speed. The restoration is mostly finished, just a little body work then repainting to the original silver color early next year, I'll post pics once that's finished.

Here's the convertible at Twin Arrows, AZ

here's mine

i'm new here and my car is a project but here it is...been sitting for a while but it's getting cold now so it's time to get started on it again...i am taking it to a buddies garage to get some chassis work done real soon...we'll see what happens...frame is'nt the best up front and the floors need work.. and lets not forget the rust through on the trunk panel over the drivers side rear frame rail..might just cut the whole thing out and back half it..not sure

Its a mid 90's Cadillac Pearl red. When I had it painted back in 95 the bodyman walked out of the paint booth after the first coat and said "It looks like a polished penny". But then the next coats were transparent red and I was very happy when I picked up the car but I am ready for a new look this spring. DCStang67, Looks like your cars color is closer to what I am now thinking. And yours is truely a restomod! Good job!
And the Sticker on my truck was from a customer that screwed me out of the money and lives in the nicest house in town......
Still havent been paid.

my cars

68 fastback, all aluminum 427 tunnel port FE, toploader, just finished this year after a 6 year restoration. Displayed this summer at summit racing equip. and featured in the jan. 2010 issue of modified mustangs and fords magazine.

1968 coupe, 289 automatic.

I've got some others but they probably don't belong in the classic section.
