Thanks guys , yes I have tons of pics.........I have 305-35-18s nitto drags ...I have a 1998 rear end...disc brakes, they stick out 1inch out. They dont rub at all. But the only thing I need is coilovers to lower the rear and I need upper and lower control arms....But other than that it runs good.

I bet they'll rub when you lower it, I suggest you get some North Racecars brackets to set the wheels in more.

Damn it looks good!! Do you worry about the tires hitting the quarter panels?? I have a 2001 axle in my 81 notch and 17X9 Cobra R's stuck out 7/8" I am just afraid that if I hit a bump the car will just come crash down into the tire, ruining my bodywork. Is this an issue for you??

Thanks for you time, I just need to know this from somebody that has the wheels sticking out of the car. Because mine do to if I go 17X9. 17X8's are close, but still hit inside. Thanks for your time!

Hmm...never thought of that, or looked into how they work for the rear. How will it solve that problem? I'm not familiar with many aftermarket parts. Thanks.

Well if you could see on the pictures on the rear its to high but the coilovers it will solve my problems I could adjust the rears height. So If go into bumps or anythings else the rear wont drop down. It wont hit the side rear fender.......cause the car will be stiff in the rear...You should read more about coilovers great buy.... see if this helps or go to http://www.maximummotorsports.com/

I'll check their site. I was also looking at Granitelli Motorsport weight jacker LCA's. They are only 199.99 vs. MM and Steeda at 399-450....BUT....they say 1979-2004 Mustangs. I called Summit and asked if they have 79-98 and 99-04 because the bolts are bigger on the 99-04's. The guy didn't know, so he told me to call Granitelli. I went to their site, but they said the same thing, and they don't come with bolts. I also filed my body holes out to accept the 99-04 hardware, since I used the 01 rear axle and Mage Bite Jr's LCA's. I don't want to screw myself and get 79-98 stuff and ave the bolts that are 12mm instead of 14mm.

Wouldn't 79-98 bolts tear up the torque boxes on 99-04 cars? Or does it just mean you can use older LCA's and newer cars and not the other way around? Anybody know about this?

I wish I could have, just didn't have the time. The last time I went was in 2005, and I've been wanting to go back since, and I even live in the Central Valley, something always comes up though. You got an awesome Stang by the way

MikeROD16, it's the largest gathering of nothing but Fords in California, it's called Fabulous Fords Forever and is held at Knott's Berry Farm in Los Angeles. There is every kind of Ford model produced, and of course the majority are Mustangs. Last time I went there were close to a thousand Mustangs, a lot of Fox Bodies too . If you ever get the chance, go to it, it's awesome.

i suck at uploading pics, but my first stang was an 89 GT black on silver with the red stripe. Sold it for cheap to buy a procharged 95 GTS in a hurry that proved to be on of the worst moves ever.

I bought the 95 b/c that's the car i originally wanted, but in the year and a half that i'd had the 89, i'd fallen for the fox's... so after i realized that no power windows or locks was lame and moved up to the 94 cobra, i went back and bought tis 88 GT T-Tops that was also a bad buy... sold it shortly afterwards.

Now i still have the 94 snake and i just picked up a 93 cobra too. It's only been 8 years, but i finally have the two cars i've always wanted. Too bad i have to sell one now.
