Power mirrors

I have a 88 GT, and the power mirrors recently quit working... I took the console off, checked the contacts, everything is seated correctly, so I got a voltmeter and checked the contacts, I don't believe there is power to it... What should be wrong? Both mirrors worked perfectly fine previously...
