Alright, my pain in the a$$ is now a pain in the back. I swapped my 94 GT seats out for a set of 97 GT seats. The bolted up fine and everything; however, when I was disconneting the 94 seats, I noticed there was only one electrical connector and for the 97 seats, there were two. I got the seats in, connected the one connector, and left the other obviously dissconnected. Now, the power lumbar doesn't work. It may be a good guess that the other connector is for the lumbar (uh, ya think). So, has anyone gone through this or have any answers for me as to how I can get the lumbar to work? I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure Ive read threads about it before while searching about replacement seat tracks. Guys repinned a couple of terminals to make it all work, as I recall.

I cant offer more than that. Good luck.

the other connector you left disconnected will plug into the power lumbar motor.there should be a connector exiting the bottom of the seat that plugs into this connector because the lumbar motor is located within the seat itself

I wish I had my car right here so I could look at it again (I lent it to my cousin for a day or two), but from what I remeber, I grabbed the seats from the 97 and there were two connectors coming through the floorboard. My 94 only had one. Now, I could be mistaken that there were two for the 97, but I thought that was the case. I found the connector from the seat, I just have nothing to connect it to. Is there only one power connector and I just need to connect the lumbar one to something in the seat/the actual motor in the seat? Does that question make sense? I think that is what you were saying by,

"the lumbar motor is located within the seat itself"

Like I said, I would go look at it right now if I could, but I don't have the car here. I'll check it out by the latest Sat and see, meanwhile, if anyone can weigh in on if the connectors are different in these cars, or I'm just an idiot , which likely could be the case, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
