Power seat switch on a 94

[LPE Z CONVT]

Hey everyone,
My dad has a94 Mustang GT with the power seat and lumbar.. The switch is bad and will only let the seat go forward and back not up and down... I went to ford and they want $110 for a new switch.. Does anybody know of a better place to find the switch? or Does anybody have one used or new they want to sell maybe from a wrecked car?

Are you certain that it's not the motor/track assy.?

i bet its the motor. mine goes forward and back still (barely) but the up/down is toasted. I plan to put in a manual rack before long

try 50resto. they might have it cheaper. Also could check a few junk yards. There is a junk yard here that has busted up mustangs. I'm going to go shopping for some cosmetic stuff there.

Yep i am sure because we switched the inside of the plug around and the seat would go up or down but no longer would it go back and forward... The seat moves pretty quick IMO it doesn't seem to be struggling..
