?power steering from a 68 on to a 69

Found a power steering setup off a 68 with a 302.will this work on a 69 with a 351 .Thanks for the help 75 mustang II

I don't think it will fit and I know it won't work right The ram is different and so is the center-link, and if it fits, the geometry is going to be FUBAR.

Except for some of the engine brackets being different from the 302 to the 351, it will work.

The centerlink, where the idler arm connects, is straight on the 67/68 and dips a little bit on the 69. Other than that, they are the same and will interchange because the geometry only varies this small amount. All the mounting hole diameters, spacing and overall length is the same.

The power cylinder is the same 67 to 70.

Found out today it is a 68 with a 289,Will this make any diffrence?

No difference.

Starting with the 1967 Mustang, the steering linkages in each year are the same whether the car is 6-cylinder or V8, big block or small block.

Thanks stanger53, Im going to go ahead and get it.Ive already bought the the power to manual conversion peice from CJ Pony.Guess Ill go ahead and try to sell it once everything is working. 75 mustang II
