OK so the power steering system blew up in my 90 Gt daily driver. My plan is to swap in a UPR chromoly K-member and LCA's and a flaming river manual rack. My questions here are do I need offset or standard rack bushings? My major concern is what do I do with the power steering pump? I can't find a delete kit and I can't find a belt for a no power steering fit. Any suggestions. Thank you.

An aftermarket K member isn't a good choice for a daily driver. They are intended for cars that run on nice smooth racetracks, not streets with potholes, curbs, railroad tracks and manhole covers. Look at the amount of metal in the stock K member; it is a very solid piece of metal designed to absorb all this street driven punishment and never cause alignment problems.

As for manual steering, if you do a lot of low speed driving or wrangling parking the car, you will regret having it. Once you get rolling over 20 miles and hour, it isn't so bad. Below that, it can be miserable; if your wife or GF drives the car, be ready to hear the complaints..

Thankfully where I live all my driving is highway driving. I know the UPR piece will take the abuse of daily driving, my previous 90 was purchased with it installed previously and I never had any issues. Just really trying to sort out what to do in place of the pump. I really don't drive either of my cars much most travel is done with the wife"s F-150 (condo on wheels) lol. Really just commute to work or play at the strip.
But in all fairness I probably could do with out the K-member as that would save me $500

I second the skipping the K-member unless you are on a mission to drop a lot of weight.

What accessories would you still have on your motor with the removal of the P/S pump?
