Power steering pulley question-yes I searched

I just started my car and it started squeeling. I shut it off and grabbed the power steering pump pulley and it moves back and forth about 1/8 of and inch. Stupid question but is this normal? I have never pulled on it before so I had to ask. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix it? I did a search but didn't get an answer to my problem.

Mine moves a bit when I pull on it, but not 1/8" if I remember right.

mine moves in and out like that. tensioner worn out? water pump leaking/any fluid leaking on the belt? just some things I'd look at, good luck

It also slung a small amount of fluid on my fender when I ran the engine. Just a few drops. I don't want it to come loose and damage my new hood going on tomorrow.
