so i have a 65 coupe and the stock power steering is at its end. i dont really feel like spending money to rebuild the factory stuff and cant afford a rack swap so what all needs to be done to switch to a stock manual steering setup?
Hmmm… The PS has unique LH tie rod ends, but you can leave them on. You'll need a centerlink. That'll cost you about $70. Of course, the rebuild kit for your PS valve, which is almost certainly your problem, will cost about $50. You decide.
