Power window motor?

How to i get this thing out? I have the door panel off already and i'm not sure what to take apart or anything. The motor still works but it's that plastic gear inside that is stripped out so i'm having to replace that.

It's not the gear stripped... it's the bushing crushed up..

New info:

You can buy the bushings in the help section of one of the auto stores.
I believe the part is 74410.

They are also availble at 5.0Resto with the gear for about $7.

The Company I work for also makes a gear kit. Comes with new outer gear, bushings and inner steel gear fully assembled.

You may want to post a part number or link or something that we can use to order that from in case someone does a search, and they need some alternate way to buy one.
