So, I went and got new gasket and spent 2 days (BY MYSELF) took everything apart (yes include the K-member dropping) and reinstall the driver side headers with new gaskets. No more leak after that and my car ran perfect! (for about a week now and still going)
Although everyone said that they don't want to drop the K-member because of the alignment problem.. I dropped it 2 times in 2 week and does not have any problem at all..

When I went back to pick up my car, the installer said that the $300 that he quoted was too low for all the work he had to do. Anyways, I paid $300...as he said at the beginning. I guess I was lucky, becuasetwo weeks after I took a friend to the same shop and the installer wanted to charge him $500 for the same work.
