I bought Mustang Projects LEDs 3 weeks ago. Finally got them on Tuesday. Getting no tech support from them. I had to reverse the polarity on the plugs to get them to activate and they wont work when I turn on the light and dont sequence at all. What should I be checking to get these to work? Help!

That's strange...MP looks to be a stand-up company. Did you put in the electronic flasher can?

I know of their reputation and that is why I am suprised. No return of mutiple phone calls or an e-mail. I istalled the relay they sent me and the factory one. No difference between the two. The one time I did speak to them they thought both units could be bad. I can find anything wrong with my wiring. Dont know where to check.

First of all, get your system working with the factory items. This verifys that your car is good. Then put in the MP lights. If it is not working, then have them send you a new set. Should not have to rewire or reverse anything. Be sure all grounds are good. By chance, did you replace the correct flasher? There is two in your car, one for the turn signals and one for the 4 way flashers. I had a problem with mine concerning a bad ground at a lamp socket. Regular lights worked. LED's didn't. Cleaned and tightened the ground and all is good. I have had excellent response from MP. I will say that it sounds like they are just a very small company so replies may be slow.

Got them working. It was a bad ground with a wire. Had the same problem. The regular light worked but the LEDs didn't. Ground fixed the problem. Now that it works I love them.
