Problems with SCT XCAL3

I put my tune on and it idles like a champ, but I can not get above 2500rpms in any gear. In neutral I can rev. Could it be in or have a valet mode?

Sounds like it or you have a bad tune loaded. How many tunes are on it and what modes?

The tune is actually the "fixed" version. I had them build me a 93 oct tune that fit my mods. I have the canned tune and my 93 oct tune.

who did the tune ? you need to contact them sounds like they made a BOO BOO LOL .....

Sutton HP is my local tuner. I've been talking to them and Im most likely getting a dyno tune

Sounds to me like they might have accidently set your rev limiter to 2500. My X3 has the ability to change the rev is why I am saying that. If you have the tuner plug it in and see where it is set at.
