So, im looking around at classifieds online at work again, like normal, when i come across a white '99 svt vert with 25K on the odo and an asking price of 16.5K I then read on and find out it's got a 10 lb procharger kit, nitrous, and about 3k in other suspension and driveline mods. By now I'm almost spasming over here, as this is exactly what I'm looking for. Its been dyno tuned and its putting out about 550 rwhp and 515 rwtq. i don't know what kind of A/F numbers its getting, yet-

My question to you guys is this- what kind of engine longevity can I expect out of this engine? 75K? 100? 135? Heck, at this price, i could take off the Procharger and sell it for a few bucks to lower the price even more. I want to get 100K out of my future stang before I gotta open up her block.

So what do you guys think? Go for it? Opinions, Ideas and Margarita recipies are all welcome

If that's on the stock block it's on borrowed time. The 99's did not come with forged internals.
