i believe i have found a set that will work but they state they will fit 96-04 stangs, i am hesitant to believe this but if they do then i can get either a 2.5" in or 3", i have a 2.5" prochamber right now so would the 3" just cause it to be a deeper rumble w/ out the loss of velocity or would i loose some lowend tq from that?

you dont need 3'' pipes, the 2.5" will be plenty for your power level. 3" pipes are for when you get closer to 400+ rwhp. and the pro dumps will work fine. just make sure the flowtubes are right. even if theyre a little off, you can always custom fab the hanger yourself. they should look like this
mine

cant say about the deeper part, although theoretically, it makes sense. you will lose some powa though from the drastic decrease in backpressure
